I was upgraded to a clean twin room with streaming water. the personnel was efficient and nice. the hotel had a marvelous and perfect position, close to the Gotthard Tunnel.

I was here for one night, everything was perfect. The breakfast was great and there was a huge variety of brilliant food. The location was great and particularly good in nice surroundings. Café Pret a Manger was 400 metres away from the place. I had a very enjoyable time...

We recently had the pleasure of staying in a charming hotel located in the heart of Switzerland, close to the Gotthard Tunnel. the location was perfect for us as we were on a road trip. the room was spotless and had streaming water sounds from the waterfalls nearby. Breakfast was excellent and the service was exceptional. the owner was a real power woman and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed the homely feeling the hotel has, and the food and drink were good value, as well as the houtly/bus which connects to the train.

The loud music on the first night was annoying and kept us up past11 PM when we had an early morning start.

Despite the unforeseen circumstances, they went out of their way to accommodate our needs and ensured we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is also perfect, right by the Gotthard Tunnel, making it very convenient for travellers. The rooms were nice and clean, with all the necessary amenities, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations.

Spent Christmas holidays at a hotel in a beautiful mountain area. Enjoyed scenic views of streaming waterfalls and snow-covered mountains. The host was very friendly, accommodating, and gave us early check-in & secure parking. The homemade breakfast and food were delicious and filling, true Swiss flavors. Our favorite part was the warm and homely feeling throughout the stay.

The music on the first night was loud after 11 PM, which can be a disturbance for light sleepers. , transportation to popular ski locations at Andermatt can be pricey, at CHF12 per person.
